Well, here’s something you may not know about me…I love to draw! Tonight I started getting excited about music while talking with a dear friend…I couldn’t fall asleep because all I wanted to do was jam out and sing loud (no one needs to hear that..lol!) but everyone was asleep! So, I decided to channel my energy into my pencil.

Hello, George šŸ˜‰

I may be just a * teeny* bit infatuated with The Beatles..especially George..but this is my first official drawing of any of them! I was pretty dang intimidated!!

Edgar + Caitlin are some of the sweetest people we know! We really got to know them during their Engagement Session when we took them downtown in Louisville. Caitlin and I quickly became buddies gushing over Pinterest boards and talking about the fun details for their wedding. When the big day came, it turned out even more gorgeous than planned.

They got married at Cathedral of the Assumption..and let me tell you THE.MOST.GORGEOUS.CHURCH.!

It was such a beautiful ceremony. Afterwards, we headed over to the reception venue-Mellwood Art Center. This is another one of our favorite places to be!

We had a great time with Caitlin and Edgar and wish them all the best in their life together. We hope you all enjoy the pics!

Be sure to check out their wedding day videographer iCVideo. These guys were so much fun to work alongside.

  • Judy - This is a truly stunning compilation!
The bride is gorgeous and the groom is handsome and their love for each other is so very apparent.
    Then there’s the captures!! INCREDIBLE!
When Edgar first sees his bride walk down the aisle, the young flower and ring bearers, the mother and father dance… that KISS on the lawn!! Oh my, I could go on and on.

Well done, all the way around!!ReplyCancel

Ashley and Anthony’s wedding was on a very special day, 11-11-11 at 11:11am in Bessemer, MI! The two of them have always wished upon time whenever it strikes the same numbers on the clock. On the eve of their wedding day, we were blessed with snow! We were able to play a little in it the next day and it was so gorgeous! Along with her drop dead gorgeous dress, Ashley was also wearing something else magical – exact replica Wizard of Oz shoes – which is her favorite movie of all time. Her Grandmother actually worked at MGM and new Judy Garland!
Ashley created some absolutely stunning decorations for her wedding including her centerpieces, programs and other beautiful details for her wedding. A real DIY gal! Ashley+Anthony, your wedding was spectacular! It was so fun to attend your wedding after really getting to know you guys more from theĀ engagementĀ session this past summer, click here to view. Hope you enjoy!

Locust Grove WeddingGosh. Has it really been this long since our last blog post?! I have to let you in on a secret of mine. Have you ever been apart of something so perfect, you were afraid to finish it? That’s how this wedding has been for me. Will and I had been looking forward to Keri and Dustin’s Wedding since they booked back at the beginning of last year! Keri and her Mom, Laurie, have the attention to detail that you only dream of in magazines. They came to the consultation equipped with beautiful binders filled with photos, drawings and clippings – from which we knew this wedding would be out-of-this-world gorgeous.

Fairy-tail. Vintage. Classic. Rich. Whimsical. Beautiful. Perfect.
Just a few words to sum up this phenom of a wedding. Can you tell how this made me a little nervous to begin editing? I felt I would screw it up some how. With how amazing the day went, I honestly was terrified to begin! After months of cold fingers, (or creative block in post processing!) I finally did it! And I am so proud! Keri, Dustin and all of their family-thank you so much for letting us be apart of this magical day! I’m still afraid I didn’t do it justice, but here goes!
