Introducing the future Mr. & Mrs. Hammond. Morgan & Bill were awesome. We had such a great time running around the city with these two that we almost forgot to pick up our kids from the sitters.

We have known these two for a while and can honestly say that they are perfect for each other. which makes our job a delight and makes for some great photos.

We had such a great time, that we had them over a few days later and played Wii till around 3am.

Hope you enjoy!

Louisville Senior PhotographerWe had a great time with Andrew! We’ve never been to La Grange before and boy were we missing out. La Grange is full of rolling hills and awesome fields, perfect for a low-key senior shoot. We met Andrew at his 25 acre spread and were blown away by the location. We have always loved shooting in tall grass and this place had fields of it.

Andrew was probably one of the nicest guys we’ve ever met… and we meet a lot of people. He was easy going and funny, plus he played the guitar for us.

Here are a few from the session, hope you enjoy.

  • Judy - I’ll tell you what, these just blow me away!
This guy should be in Abercrombie ads (or whatever is popular with young kids now) and you guys should be his photographer!!!ReplyCancel

Here is the second part to our daughter Ava’s birthday party. Here you can see her free spirit as she plays in our field with her new dolls. We asked to join the party, but evidently it was a private affair and we weren’t on the VIP list.

I think next time we may actually add real tea to her kettle.

She probably would still be out there if we let her.

Hope you all enjoy the shots 🙂

Louisville Wedding Photographer

Hello and welcome to the new Veritas Photography blog. Our old blog was a bit cramped, so we decided to stretch our legs with this new clean model. Took me a bit to design, create, and code it, but we are pretty happy with the outcome. A special thanks to Bill Hammond for his help.

Take a look around and let us know what you think. We’ve added some new sections for everyone. There is an awesome calendar that should keep everyone up to date, as well as a simple contact form. We also added an “about us” section so you can read a bit about us if you find yourself with nothing to do one day. Plus it’s about twice aw wide, so images can be displayed in all their glory.

We have imported the posts from the old blog for everyones convenience, but for anyone feeling nostalgic you can still find a link to old blog in the “links” section.

Just noticed that there were some image alignment issues with the import, I’ll look into that ASAP… or after coffee 🙂

The import from the Old Blog posts will remain the size they were when they were imported (425px wide).

Hope you enjoy the new look!

We’re nearly settled in our new house and what way to kick it off with a birthday party! Our daughter, Ava, turned 3 years old this past Sunday and we started her off with a breakfast fit for a princess! She is very much a princess and loves everything that comes along with it, so what better way than to have a tea party! This tea set was handed down to me from my Mom by my Great Grandma, Babi, from Czechoslovakia. We had hot chocolate, creme, sugar cubes and a chocolate sprinkled doughnut topped with a fresh strawberry! Part I of her big day brings you right up to the blowing of the candles.
Hope you enjoy the pure joy from the eyes of a young princess.

Stay tuned for Part II of Ava’s Birthday! Here is a peek of what’s ahead:

Thanks for looking!
